Hi,Better than expected.. unofficial results shows the PM’s party got first in all southern and middle provinces.
He announced today that he already in the process of forming a majority government.The official and final results will be announced by the IHEC within 20 days.I expect that the only obstacle that he will confront and will be used against him is selecting and passing the Presidency of Iraq, it should be selected and passed by the Council of Representatives by two thirds, before selecting the Prime Minister position which is passed by half + 1.Talk to you soon..
