Seb & Katie,
Can you please compile a master Bohai Fund related expense report that
reconciles all of Hunter and my expenses related to China travel and the
Bohai Harvest Fund. It's very important we have an organized worksheet
that illustrates clearly the itemized expenses which will primarily consist
of flights and hotels as the total will all count as equity capital
invested that also counts against or legal registered capital requirements
(by China finance regulation).

I know you started something so please incorporate Katie's inputs from
Hunter and try and get this together by end of day today. Thanks.
