Hunter - the attached is the authorization from the Secretary of the Army requesting the presence of the President. Norine has told me that the President cannot attend and the request has since been sent to the Vice President. This is Mick's (Norine's husband) command before he leaves for NATO. I will attend along with my wife, Diane.

Will you pass along a message to the Scheduler how much they would like to have the Vice President attend. It is a tribute for the Normandy. Thanks Hunter.
