Gents,

We are finally there on the presentation and at this point I think it looks
really good. On our next marketing call I want to spend some time explaining
some of the changes I made and also what I think makes this offering
structurally unique. It’s important from a marketing standpoint that we are all
on the same page on key aspects of the presentation. It is even more important
that this now is the ONLY presentation distributed to investors.


Separately, the PPM will be ready by the end of the week and the other documents
are in process and are about a week from being done.
