Dear Hunter and Eric,
we are working on an executive summary
with more details.
This document could be an annex of a first agreement with the people there.
Maybe the procedure could be:

1) we could sign an mou and another short contract where Medtag will be obliged to give them in a couple of months an executive project (after a deep discussion with them, infact we need to know where will be the facility, how big will be, the kind of research projects they will prefer).
2) at the signing of this agreement they will make a down payment non refondable to medtag (30mln? Maybe less. You know better than us the right figures. It's enough also a small payment 5?). And they will be engaged.

Please let me know your thoughts so we can work on this papers to be ready to go to Astana.
