Sorry didn't get back yesterday. Hunter call is about Aleman yes. How's the asset performing as Hunter was thinking of buying the LP interests to get Aleman off his back.

I see it did 5% last year and 5% coupon in 2015. Doesn't look like any equity lift as IO. Do you think it's appreciated in value at all?
