There is literally nothing "near" the Mandarin Oriental- its stands alone in the middle of nowhere. Closest place is a potbelly sandwich shop. If you are heading to airport the easiest thing is probably just to meet at 4 Seasons which is short (10 mins tops) drive and easy access to Reagan National. Or if your meeting is in the bar lobby area at MO I can get us a table at the restaurant and avoid running into your earlier appt. Let me know what works best for you. Also there at least used to be a Starbucks connected to MO.
