An Event for
Love and Peace
in our World
June 18th, 2016

In light of the recent tragedy in Orlando, and the tragedies that are happening
around the world and in our own country, we feel called to transform our annual
summer solstice event to be a vigil of lights, a silent walk, a love and peace concert
with Bob Sima and others, and a conversation about being "love activists."
The world needs a lot of love, and it begins with us. We never know when a smile,
a kind word, the love that motivated us to speak up, bake a loaf of bread for someone,
volunteer, create a new service project, forgive something, bring beauty in small
and big ways, can change individual lives and the course of history.
Join us as we gather our bodies, hearts, minds and souls to contemplate love, to
grieve, to practice and cultivate peace, and be inspired to live more consciously.
When:
Saturday, June 18th from 5:30pm-10pm
What's happening:
Vigil of lights, silent peacewalk, love and peace concert with Bob Sima [http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001Ivphinao1tKGf0bM_iPoJqyqUSaG-Mx_uOe7gNURlmQQXGYlVZobsuwaeiGXnt1NrY_0nxxMWFZkctBXLeRruKYDE1t_uIGxC2H4icLNo2BOxWQh1f4T2dLndzk7WrgrL7UxQViZq9ytEtbQmCBYKpRp8DUfWAkNR-Q4TJ4QMyM=&c=OyzYzfZKPF-uggfxcDo0DVHf7_Pqmp8CSId3EaqpfvHmixVu7Jb-7A==&ch=mMCi5HDGTnw8xMfuErsTKa8oQDJ5VZxMXy0FeFjI08r_CRJn2ORHsg==],
