Interesting. Hard to assess the technology but Strauss Zelnick is a winner and the team looks super. Hard to imagine they're wasting their time. Would like to have a quick call with the founder if this is play.

Hey guys, hope all is going great so far in ’15.

I’m helping Lua Technologies (www.getlua.com<http://www.getlua.com/>) with a wind up a capital raise ($1.7M), and while I understand it may be outside your regular investment criteria, I thought perhaps you or your investors may have interest personally and figured I’d pass it along just in case.
LAU is the secure, mobile messaging platform with an app interface that's works across entertainment, sports, healthcare, intelligence, finance, DoD, tech, etc: it is instant, secure, and keeps everyone accountable. Take a look and lemme know if this is something that peaks your interest – clients include Suntust, US Army, NFL Super Bowl etc etc. I was with the CEO in Atlanta two weeks ago and we raised $1.2M of the $1.7 in one sitting. So, we're looking to round out with an additional $500k with a close date of the end of the month. I am personally investing.

They appear to be a game-changer, as you can see from some of their customer comments, and I suspect there will be an exit strategy of selling the company inside of two years.
