BAYADA Home Healthcare Fights ALS In 2012, Executive Director of ALSA Jim Pinciotti and President and Founder of BAYADA Home Health Care, Mark Baiada, forged a new partnership between our two organizations to better serve people with ALS throughout the Delaware Valley. As our partnership has continuously grown over the years, so has our resolve to support people who are in need of home health care. BAYADA’s goal is to provide compassionate, reliable, and excellent care to all of our clients. Because people living with ALS face unique challenges, we strive to provide the highest quality specialized care they need and deserve. To ensure our home health aides and nurses are up to the challenge, we created a specialized ALS training program with assistance from The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter and National Office. Nationally, BAYADA has donated over $ 350,000 to The ALS Association to support research, advocacy, and most importantly, client services. Together we continuously strive to leverage each other’s expertise to positively impact the lives of those we serve and their families. We look forward to growing our partnership to create a support model that can be replicated throughout the country, benefitting all people with ALS in need.
