Soccer Star Zlatan Ibrahimović Tattoos Names to Remember

After making a goal against French opponent Caen this weekend,
international soccer star Zlatan Ibrahimović
<https://twitter.com/Ibra_official> took off his shirt to reveal his
new—not out of ego, but humanity.

The striker for the Paris St. Germain team recently had 50 names tattooed
on his body—the names of 50 men, women and children who were delivered from
hunger to hope thanks to life-saving food assistance from the United
Nations World Food Programme (WFP).

"Wherever I go, people recognize me, call my name, cheer for me. But there
are names no one cares to remember, that no one cheers for: the 805 million
people suffering from hunger in the world today."

Ibrahimović chose to use his fame to raise awareness for the 805
million people <http://cdn.wfp.org/2015/805millionnames/> worldwide who go
to bed hungry each night. And indeed, he helped WFP make headlines across
the globe.

"They are the real champions. So whenever you hear my name, you will think
of their names."
