Hunter, The team has reviewed and amended our LOI and believe it will be acceptable by both parties. I will send that shortly. As a next step I was hoping you could arrange for Eric to come to NY for a meeting with our CFO and Controller to get comfortable on cash flows/accounting and compliance related matters.
