EMAIL DETAILS

I will speak with Jeff on Monday. I had already asked Assanis to decide on a date to present the latest iteration of their plans and to schedule a weekly meeting going forward. I had asked him to come back with specifics regarding space and available budget for staffing etc... They clearly want us to make the first ask as if this was a negotiation. I fully understand that everything is a negotiation, but it's hard to negotiate when the following are the facts :

#1-- we don't know what we want in terms of staffing or space at UD,
#2-- we know we don't want UD as our primary stage in DC,
#3-- we still haven't made it clear how the distinction between UD and Penn will work,
#4-- UD continues to communicate that they believe he will be basically exclusive to them,
#5-- Steve and Mike haven't given me any indication of their intentions or plans regarding Penn.

All a long way of saying I'll set up a meeting with Jeff next week- and work with the info we have.
