Subject: Board Meeting and Weather Conditions

Dear Members of the Board,
As you may know, the DC area is expecting snow late afternoon today through noon tomorrow and a Storm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service. We are in the process of contacting board members to assess their ability to attend tomorrow's dinner and Wednesday's board meeting. There are several options - ranging from postponing the dinner/meeting to cancelling the dinner and convening the Wednesday Board Meeting in our office. We hope to speak with everyone and follow-up with you by noon today. Thank you for your patience/perseverance.
