Judge Sullivan and I enjoyed meeting you, John and Mike today and
appreciate Hunter making the introduction.

I have reached out to Ron Noble and will try to speak with him before we
meet Thursday in NY. I will revert to you once Ron and I speak, so I can
assess our joint capacity to intervene successfully here.

If you wish to proceed after we speak, we can provide you a letter of
engagement and get underway quickly. Several of our colleagues are former
FBI Legats who have worked in SE Europe. We are checking to see what
contacts we have in the Romanian law enforcement agencies through the FBI's
National Academy, and our ILEA training academy programs in Budapest.

Again, thanks for your time today and for considering us. I am also copying
our CEO, Jim Bucknam, with whom I discussed this case earlier today.
