Good morning Katie,

A couple inquiries for you.

I did not receive the $837.06 payment from OWASCO on December 28, 2018. My last payment was on December 14, 2018. Also, I recently went to the dentist to get some work done and my insurance did not go through. Because of these two incidents, I'm curious to know if I have been terminated from this position

I'm requesting information of my current status in this position of Los Angeles Assistant.
I am also requesting to know the current status of my insurance and how long my insurance plan is to remain active.

I haven't been able to get any contact with Hunter so I am completely in the dark.
