Going to do a call tomorrow with asset manager. We'll have perfect information and assess. Dependent on price there's value.

In looking back through my correspondence, I have not provided anything other than the amount of the distributions we were holding until their release late last year. I do see where you requested the Quarterly Report from Donna but I don't know if that was ever sent to Aleman.

Nick,
Can you send me the latest quarterly IR report on Las Colinas. I need to attempt and find a secondary buyer on Aleman LP interest.

Julia,
Can you send me the summary material we sent Aleman on the value and dividends to date on his interests. Thank you.

Best,

Devon Archer
