Jeff Copper is scheduled to meet Gustavo in Bogota to talk over Ocho Colombia in the next couple of days. I haven't spoken to Gustavo about this but I am almost positive he is not going to want to do this deal for 2 or 3%. I think it makes sense to get this settles before they meet
