Heard back from Cindy. It was all very confusing to me, but the bottom line is that there is only $376 currently available in to be used at the moment. One of the transfers we did last week apparently has a 10 day hold on it (this is where it got confusing to me) but that hold is going to be release

Paul's being a lawyer and wants to have the agreement he and I discussed last week on paper. Because legally as our agreement is written we could hold him to the $8K. He admits he screwed up in not accounting for the $8K in the original agreement, but in reality we still get our full purchase price
