Hunter,
I spoke with Michael Muldoon this afternoon. Michael said that he
spoke with Teresa Hughey at Amtrak today and they have not heard from
CSX on the approval. For your information Senator John Breaux and J.C
Watts Jr. are on the Board of Directors of CSX and may be of value.

I just got an update from Amtrak and they are still awaiting final
clearance on your trip. We were again reassured that the delay was
nothing more than bureaucratic. While unable to give a specific
timeline, she said that Lovett (Smith) would be the first to know.
