Re: MD/DC Update Call
Jim and Team,
We condensed your questions into broader topics that we wanted to discuss in
an effort to accelerate the scheduling process. Leif offered next Monday
(6/6) between 9am-12pm as a potential meeting date/time. Does that work with
your calendars? A 10:30am/11am start time works best on ou

Re: Dates
Morning of the 13th works for Tom. It may have to start at 10am in order to wrap up by 11:30 so he can get to his Noon meeting, but I'll push for 10:30am and certainly no earlier than 10am. OK?

Re: Amtrak Board Meeting Reception on June 8th
John,
Yes, the 6pm Acela (or 7pm based on Cindi's note) should be fine for
departure. The event is confirmed for 4:30pm. We thought it would make
sense for the group to assemble by the restaurant in the center hall at 4pm
before going upstairs. Please let us know if that doesn't work for the
group.

RE: Amtrak Board Meeting Reception on June 8th
All-
Just to share the thought behind booking the 7PM ACELA versus the 6PM, was to allow time for the reception and time to grab a bite before heading to Philly.
Thank you, Cindi

Amtrak Board Meeting Reception on June 8th
For clarity purposes, our meeting / reception will be held at the Amtrak offices in the Amtrak station D.C. shortly after a board meeting is adjourned starting around 4 pm. My assumption is that the reception will last no longer than one hour. Based upon that, I believe it would be safe for us to bo

Going over the numbers at my desk, and here's the situation- we're about $14,000 short of our May goal with about 6 hours until the FEC deadline. Below is a screenshot of where we're at. If everyone kicks in $25 we'll hit the goal, can you help out?
