Per our earlier discussions, Governor Markell and Alan Levin, DEDO Cabinet Secretary are the 2 most critical attendees and the February 11th availability for them is 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. Unfortunately, their schedules do not allow for a late morning meeting. Sorry!
