Not sure what others think, but if this is needed in 2-3 weeks and there is no real cash benefit to Vide to do this, I think we should look at another avenue. Speed is not their strong suit and I'd rather not ruin some of our good will with NCR if we are not confident they could do this that quickly

Hey guys,
As part of the India Site Consolidation project for NCR they have asked us
to do a basic Political Risk Assessment impacting Hyderabad. Basically the
Telangana region (which contains Hyderabad) within the State of Andhra
Pradesh is clamoring about seceding and setting up their own State.
