I think we'll need MXL to review the Monroe Capital docs and get his advice on how to loop Mike and Chuck in (hopefully without creating another entity). Do you think he'll be helpful on that? Hate to have to pay a lot for the work, but understand he doesn't work completely for free.

I just finished speaking with Russel Martin. With the big pop in commodity
prices over the past few weeks, RANK has sold 1/3 of their farms. They are
looking to sell the remainder of the farms, but want to sell domestically.
So...no interest in Wahaha at the moment.
