I recommend in the parking procedures attachment (attached again in case
anyone didn't get it) that you take $10 in quarters and feed the meter to
cover the period until approximately 7:35 or 7:40. Usually they are back to
their cars by 7:25 or 7:30, so the extra 5-10 minutes is just insurance.
