FYI, Aqua Sciences signed an MOU today with the state of Delaware to locate their facilities in Delaware. It is just an MOU but it is a huge first step and is a big deal for them.
You'll recall we took Ormazabal to Delaware the same week we took Aqua Sciences to the state and you can see the speed

there is an opportunity for Talgo to sell non-HSR train sets in the U.S. in
the short term. They just got an order for more train sets in the Northwest
and I don't think they are able to sell trains elsewhere in the U.S. Th
