Definately am. Bottomline, I can see a near term and long term role for him in a capacity at either IPS itself or our ultimate endevour but like all of us, needs to work at it for it to develop. And clearly, we are in bootstrap mode. I think the good news is Rob is psyched to be along for the ride.
