I talked to them on Friday and they couldn't confirm the invite as you described it. Doesn't mean it isn't accurate but they were trying to confirm for sure. Let's talk tomorrow and I can give you a little more background and hopefully by that point confirm what you were told.

FYI - Potential House Cutting Amendments
Our sources tell us that its 98% likely the Rules Committee will NOT allow these amendments, but just in case we sent an alert out this afternoon. The problem, of course, is that more and more members of Congress think cutting foreign aid is a safe offset. I will keep you posted if anything changes.

According to Michele and per Sheila you and Kathleen have 40 total (although we requested 50). Of those 40 they also want you to use them to honor any requests made from people on "your" list.
Included in that list of "requests" are:
