Not sure what this means for RARE, but probably good since their fees are
low and product is simple to understand.
For us, I also think this is good. Many of the funds will want to replace
their money with the type of groups we know.

Very interesting - but what is more interesting is that CALPERS is forming a partnership with UBS to invest in infrastructure. Clearly the trend among these big funds is away from the 2 and 20 model/commingled funds model and to more managed account and/or GP models.
