I hear North Dakota is lovely in August.
I agree - Joan had pulled together a list of NGA, Conference of Mayors, NAST meetings etc, so we know where the critical mass of stakeholders will be. Most of those meetings have been on hold this fall due to the elections, but will ramp up again in December

We should be strategic about these lists. I'll work with Joan on targeting.
Ultimatelty, in the next several weeks, I'll go thru with Hunter/Rob/Eric a
list of various levels of electeds and we'll hone down to a list of top
targets of probably 10%.
