The incremental cost for the extra month is $19K. The rest of the $35K
consists of Greg, which who we're keeping, and India which we are shutting
down.
I do believe an extra month heightens the chance of pulling this off. There
are deals in the pipeline, but as Larry noted it's essentially already

if i understand the proposal correctly, mr. washow is suggesting we advance
the milestones (12K - Sep 30 and 19K - Oct 31) by one month on each? if so,
don't think this is a make or break and i will support it if it makes sense.
