Not shocked by that. There were a number of people whose votes didn't
count in the Presidential Primary of 2008, my husband's being one of them.
Dept of Elections said they had no record of him voting. Since I went with
him to vote, I know he did.

A new report finds six states -- Colorado, Delaware, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina -- are the least-prepared states to catch voting problems.
