Who should deliver the response? My thoughts are that we need to focus on
fund raising first and we welcome their participation. They'll be in the

The verdict on King Street is that we will be able to use their name, but
NOT until our first Dallas property deal with them closes. All things go
according to plan they will be an LP in RREAF in 34 days. Until then we can
